Leaders of the whole church. Example, Pastors ordained by and appointed to service within the church. These men are responsible for the overall vision of the church.

Leader of an entire area of ministry or multiple ministries. Example, Chaplain, Board Member, Deacon, Etc… This would be anybody with influence over an entire category of ministry.

Ministry Leader
Leader of a whole department or ministry field. Example, First Impressions, Discipleship, Outreach coordinator, etc. This would be anybody responsible for an entire area of ministry that may have multiple Area Leaders and Team Leaders within.

Area Leader
Leader of leaders. Example, Grace Group coach, Sunday School coordinator, Music Team Leader. Anybody who provides care and oversight for Team Leaders.

Team Leader
Leader of others. Example, Grace Group teacher, transportation ministry team leader. Anybody who is given spiritual influence over others as a representative of G.O.T.L. Church.
