For those who want to call Grace Of The Lord their Church family, we encourage you to consider membership. Membership is certainly not required of anybody, but it is the next step for those who desire to lead in our church, or to benefit from our Leadership Development process.
What is a Member?
A Church Family Member!
Our criteria for membership is not supposed to be a list of religious mandates to put on your check list. Rather, these are the qualities that every mature Christian will have, and therefore are the markers of the type of folks that feel they belong to our church family.
- Represents Jesus well to the community (family values)
- Is baptized (family reunions)
- Gives of their time and talents to the church (shares in family chores)
- Supports the church financially with their tithe (shares in household costs)
- Affirms our statement of faith (same DNA)
How do I sign up?
You are able to become a member at anytime. We do offer the Discover ‘BELONG’ class at least once per year. This gives you a chance to learn everything you might want to know about our church to help you make the most informed decision.
You could wait for the next class, or if you want to move forward faster, you can take the class online.

If you are ready to become a member, you just need to let Pastor C.J. know. C.J. may invite you to join him for a dinner to get to know him and his family better, if you have not had the opportunity already. It is your choice to accept or decline this invitation.
We feel like membership is a relationship in development, not a church status. We are talking about adopting you into our church family officially, and we want you to have direct access to any information you want.
